Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Underwear items are not accepted for return unless they are defective or shipped incorrectly.
Return Request:
Please email wilson@cybercrafto.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours with detailed return instructions.
Please retain your receipt for future reference.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and confirm that it is eligible for return. A refund will be processed to your payment account within 7 business days. The refund does not include shipping costs.
Refund Policy: Shipping costs will be fully refunded only for confirmed quality issues or incorrect shipments.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
